Which machines is the postprocessor suitable for?
The machine must meet several requirements:
- A CNC controller that supports real-time commands;
- A separate torch height controller (THC);
- The THC controller must support a voltage-control blocking signal;
- The CNC control shell must run on Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10).
How can I try your products? What if they do not suit me?
All our software is available for download and works in fully functional mode for 15 days after installation. After that, a license is required. This is enough time to evaluate the software.
How often are updates released?
Updates are released quite often. If something does not work, try downloading the latest installer from the site and reinstalling the program. There is a good chance the issue has already been fixed. If not, write to us.
How can I purchase your software?

Can PlasmaCalc and PlasmaNest work together?
Yes. They exchange calculation and nesting data. They have separate published licence prices: PlasmaCalc €540 and PlasmaNest €880.
How do I activate, move or update a licence?
Use the licensing guidance for HardwareID.txt, serial numbers, deactivation, reactivation and updating an existing licence.
