Placing an order for rights to use intellectual property is considered acceptance of the offer agreement under the applicable civil law rules.
1. For legal entities
Payment of the order or invoice confirms conclusion of an agreement to transfer the rights required to install, copy and run the software within the scope, term and conditions defined by the applicable end-user agreements.
The date of transfer of rights to the software is the date when the parties sign the transfer document or another agreed confirmation document.
The offer agreement enters into force from the moment of payment and remains valid until all obligations under it are fulfilled. The cost of rights to software is not subject to VAT where applicable.
2. For individuals
Payment of the order confirms conclusion of an agreement to transfer the rights required to install, copy and run the software within the scope, term and conditions defined by the applicable end-user agreements.
The date of transfer of rights is the moment of payment, or, when technical protection measures are used, the moment when access to license activation or protection-removal means is provided to the buyer by email or another agreed delivery method.
The offer agreement enters into force from the moment of payment and remains valid until all obligations under it are fulfilled.
